Pack Your Item
Securely pack your leather goods in their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging remain intact.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
