Can I personalize my leather bag?
Yes, we offer a bespoke embroidery service. You can add up to three initials to most of our products, which are stitched in a complementary thread color for a unique finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items. Please ensure the product is in its original condition. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
How should I care for my MAHI Leather product?
We recommend using a specialized leather conditioner every 6-12 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy rain to maintain the natural finish.
Are your leathers ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All our leather is a by-product of the meat industry, and we work closely with our tanneries to ensure sustainable practices and fair labor conditions.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every MAHI Leather product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with hardware, zippers, and stitching under normal use.
